Lightweight elements

ELTEC manufactures lightweight elements according to many and varied requirements. We use all lightweight core boards available on the market, paper and alu honeycomb, rigid foam, light chipboards and MDF, blockboards. Furthermore we produce hollow constructions with and without frame laths and according to size with crossbars. The top coats of paper honeycomb and hollow constructions are 8 mm thick as standard.

According to your requirements, the bonded elements can be delivered in cut-sizes or as prefabricated components with borings and milled edges. We offer free form elements and use edge bonding to a board thickness of 60 mm. Depending on the area of application, we can offer supporting + decorative edges for honeycomb boards.
