PUR Hot Melt bonding

ELTEC is one of the few companies in Germany to use PUR Hot Melt adhesives to bond decorative surfaces. Surfaces up to a size of 4100 x 1300 mm are possible.
Advantages of the PUR bonding:

• Nearly all types of core boards and surfaces can be bonded together.
• Very smooth surfaces despite thin high gloss laminates (HPL and acrylic) with an excellent optical characteristic
• Excellent water resistance: D 4 bonding
• Very high heat resistance (more than 150° C) and cold flexibility
• Bonding has thermosetting features
• High green strength
• Chemically cured within a few days
• To a large extent solvent resistance
