| 1986 | Pfleiderer Industrie takes over Duropal and ELTEC. |

| 1989 | The production is extended to approx. 6000 m². |

| 2003 | Pfleiderer AG sells ELTEC as part of a Management Buy Out on 1.1.2003. The former Managing Director Christoph Becker and the Works Manager Thomas Wülbeck take on 100% of the company shares. |

| 2003 | ELTEC invests in a trend-setting PUR Hot Melt bonding for the surface. |

| 2005 | ELTEC gets a machinery to optimize cutting.

| 2006 | ELTEC starts to offer free form elements on a new CNC-facility with edge bonding. |

ELTEC starts up a new plant for edge bonding using PUR. Parts up to a thickness of 80 mm can be processed one after the other. |

| 2011 | As of 1st of july 2011 Thomas Wülbeck takes over the shares of Christoph Becker and so is the exclusive owner and managing director. Christoph Becker enters upon his well-earned retirement. |
